They also stated " Or download a copy of sample sequences here. And upload the file for primer design. GC content gDNA only. Oligo melting temp C. Min CpGs in amplicon bisulfite-only." The meta header had bisulfite as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by genomic, native, and DNA which isn't as important as bisulfite. The other words the site used was bisulfite-converted. methylation is also included but will not be understood by search crawlers.
